SOCIAL VALUE BUILT IN

Amplifier Collective is a different kind of consultancy, with an innovative yet mature outlook and decades of experience creating social value for clients. We are also determined to create our own social impact, which we have built-in to our practice through establishing ourselves as a social enterprise, certified through Social Traders in Australia. We are also a verified People and Planet First social enterprise, stewarded by the Social Enterprise World Forum.

As part of our being a social enterprise, we are driven by the following social mission:

To profit-share with partner not-for-profits and to connect them (and others) to client organisations - broadening advocacy opportunities, fostering corporate partnerships and sharing knowledge, skills and services.

To connect and enable partnership opportunities for client organisations to suitable not-for-profit's who can help them realise their social impact and engagement goals and enhance their reputations with stakeholders.

We will achieve our social enterprise goals through:

  • Distributing 50% of our company’s profits to identified partner organisations who help drive inclusion across our cities and places.

  • Promoting immersive ‘lived experience’ training and events delivered by these identified partners.

  • Our work elevating the social impact of companies and organisations.

COMMITTED TO RECONCILIATION

Amplifier is deeply committed to reconciliation with Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We acknowledge the deep and lasting impacts of colonisation and systemic inequities and believe we have a responsibility to foster understanding, respect, and collaboration. Through our work, we always strive to create opportunities for genuine relationships, celebrate Indigenous cultures and histories, and support initiatives that empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Our inaugural ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) - formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia - trategically sets out our actions and commitments to working towards reconciliation. You can find a copy of our RAP by clicking here.

OUR FIRST IMPaCT REPORT

Amplifier Collective was established in late 2023, since then we have been busy delivering a number of exiting projects for a diversity of clients, while embedding a number of initiatives into our organisation structure to ensure we remain focused on creating social value at all times.

In acknowledgement of our first two years of operations, we created our first ‘Impact Report’, which reflects on our early journey, shares examples of projects, partnerships and learnings that have shaped Amplifier Collective since we begun our own impact journey. As an early-stage social enterprise, our impact to date has been delivered through the quality of our practice and the organisations and communities we’ve worked alongside. We’re proud to share where we’ve landed so far, and what we’re building toward next.
